West African rhythms on tap for album's Newmarket debut

Senie Hunt is a self-taught, singer-songwriter and percussive guitarist based in Memphis, Tenn. Adopted from Sierra Leone during the brutal Diamond Wars, he brought with him an inherent passion for West African rhythms and percussion.

He has featured as the opening act for artists such as Richard Thompson, The Brooks Young Band, Daby Touré, The Levin Brothers, and Robert Randolph.

His new Christmas EP, "Winter Meadows" is set to release Friday at the Stone Church Music Club in Newmarket.

Lewis Goodwin at The Atlantic Grill, Rye NH, 5:30-8:30 p.m. A versatile musician from the New Hampshire Seacoast area. The Dancing Madly Backwards frontman has a great solo gig as well. Come enjoy, Sax included!

Friday, December 4th

Senie Hunt at the Stone Church Music Club, Newmarket, 7-10 p.m. Senie's playing is eclectic, powerful and artfully unique. Come celebrate his album release "Winter Meadows ".

Lewis Goodwin at Whym Craft Brewery, Hampton NH, 5-8 p.m. Acoustic guitar mixed with Sax and Craft brews...what is not to love!

Saturday, December 5th

Lewis Goodwin at Mitchell Hill BBQ, Rochester NH, 6-9 p.m. Come experience Lewis's awesome acoustic act with some fabulous local BBQ!
