Willand Warming Center open, Sunday skate canceled due to storm

ROCHESTER - Today's storm has forced the cancellation of all of the city's rec programs including the Sunday public skate.
Meanwhile, the Willand Warming Shelter in Somersworth will be open all day today and Monday due to the nor'easter. The shelter is not normally open during the day.
Rochester Welfare Director Todd Marsh said those living in tents behind the First Congregational Church will be notified that the warming center is open for daytime hours during the storm.
