DOVER - William Creighton, 87, died after a period of failing health on Sunday, Dec. 24, 2023.

Born on May 11, 1936, in Holbrook, Mass., he was the son of Reginald E. Creighton and Isabelle M. (Dow) Creighton.

William proudly served his country for many years in the Air Force and Air National Guard. He was a member of the Loyal Order of The Moose as well as the American Legion.

William loved cars. He collected and drove many cars which included prized antiques. He enjoyed mechanics, fishing, boating, rebuilding things and spending time with his family.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Eileen (Stevens) Creighton and their infant son, Robert.

He was also predeceased by his second wife, Anita Lozier.

He was predeceased by his brothers; Reginald E. Jr of Brockton and George of Rehoboth, Mass., Sisters Regina F. Carbone of Bridgewater, Mass., Marion Chase of Athol, Mass., Louise Thayer of Limerick, Maine, and Pauline G. Dowling of Sidney, N.Y.

William is survived by sons, William T., Randolph A., his daughters, Deborah A. Mulligan, and Susan D Ramsdell, 8 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren. his stepchildren LeeAnn Luongo, Dwain Lozier, Scott Lozier, Leslie Tanguay and their families and his sisters Janet McHugh of Annapolis Md., Audrey Pineo of Holbrook, and Marsha L Marston of Lewiston, Maine and several nieces and nephews.
