DOVER - William E. Manning, 29, of Pierce Street died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday Jan. 8, 2019.
Born Sept. 6, 1989 in Springfield, Mass., the son of Kenneth Dewayne and Karen Louise (Town) Manning, Jr. William (Billy) focused on jobs in the medical field, most recently as a Pharmacy Tech at the Rite Aid in Exeter.
Billy is survived by his husband, Christopher Hart of Dover; parents, Kenneth and Karen Manning, Jr. of Berwick, Maine; brother, David Manning of Westbrook, Maine; sister, Elizabeth Wood and her husband Matthew of North Berwick; sister-in-law, Emily Hart of Dover, mother-in-law, Kathleen Morrison of Dover; father-in-law, Robert Hart, Jr. of North Hampton; maternal grandfather, Ronald Town of Mason, Mich.; paternal grandmother, Marguerite Manning of Ontario, N.Y.; paternal grandfather, Kenneth Manning, Sr. and his wife Nancy of Hilton, N.Y.; grandmother-in-law, Anne Morrison of Dover; nieces and nephews, Kida, Kayleb, Nikhol and Evy; and many aunts and uncles.
