William Keays ... active in Dover, Rochester Legion

DOVER - William Keays, 90, died Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Riverside Rest Home. Born in Dover, April 23, 1928; the son of Walter and Annie (Ferns) Keays.
He was a graduate of Dover High School where he played ball and also followed high school athletics. He has lived in this area all of his lifetime. He was a former employee of the City of Dover, water department department.
Bill was a Navy veteran of World War II and a life member of Dover Post #8 American Legion and had been active with the Rochester Legion.
He was predeceased by his parents, his wife Gloria Keays and brothers Walter and Robert.
He is survived by a son William Keays and wife Donna of Rochester; two grandchildren Joshua and Justin; a brother Tom Keays and wife Anita of Dover; and nieces and nephews.
