MILTON - William Henry Sanborn III, (Bill) left this earth on April 17, 2021 after a brief illness. Born on June 3, 1960 in Danvers Mass., to Mae (Evans) and William H. Sanborn II. Bill lived in Danvers until 1970 when the family moved to Georgetown, Mass. He was educated in the Danvers and Georgetown elementary schools and Graduated from Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School in Haverhill, Mass. He was known to all as a kind and gentle soul.

Bill loved to build and fix things. He could always be found helping his sons, family and friends with a flashlight (or 10) in hand. An electrician and carpenter by trade, he could always light up a room with his smile and laughter. Everyone loved Bill including all the animals, a testament to his gentle nature.

Bill is survived by his mother Mae A. Evans, three sons William, Jason, Alex (Alex's mom, Judy Sanborn). Sisters Ann Thomas and husband RT, Susan Roberts and husband Roy. Bills loving companion Jan (Rice) May, grandchildren Kaytlyn and Kolson and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Famous for his love of lights, we will all remember him fondly every time we go by a Christmas Light Display that can be seen from space!
