Winner winner, $5 chicken dinner at Filotimo's Casino & Restaurant

DOVER - When it comes to gambling there's no such thing as a sure bet, but the senior meal at Filotimo Casino and Restaurant in Dover is about as close as you can get.

Every Wednesday in February seniors can get a full meal for $5, which last week included three pieces of roasted chicken, rice pilaf and fresh broccoli along with a tonic.
The meal comes in a to-go carrier, which made it easy for us to tote back to our favorite slot machine and later on back to the house.
And the meal itself was absolutely extraordinary, with chicken that was very flavorful and well seasoned.
The rice pilaf was a pleasant surprise and the fresh broccoli was tender and sweet.
We ate at the bar, where there were a handful of customers and TVs that were set on sports channels.

Filotimo, located in the Dover Bowl, has typical slot machines, casino table games like roulette, black jack and Spanish 21 and a poker room. They also have DraftKings Sportsbook.
They also specialize in Greek cuisine.
