Winter storm parking ban in effect tonight

ROCHESTER - A winter storm parking ban will be in effect from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. due to the nor'easter expected to hit the area this evening.

No vehicle without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots during this time.
