ROCHESTER - A Sanbornville, N.H., resident was charged on Monday with shoplifting at the Rochester Walmart.

Hannah Delaney, 24 of 41 Grandview, was bailed and released on $1,500 personal recognizance, pending her arraignment next month in the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.

A second shoplifting offense within a 3-year period can result in felony charges.
