ROCHESTER - A Lebanon man was arrested on Tuesday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.

Rene Drapeau, 47, of 46 Bigelow Road in Lebanon, was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of willful concealment and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in March the 7^th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
