Mass. woman charged in Walgreens shoplfifting

ROCHESTER - A Bay State woman was arrested on Wednesday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walgreen’s on South Maine.

Clarabel Hance, 46, of High Street in Lawrence, was charged with willful concealment and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending an arraignment later this month in the 7^th Circuit Court of Rochester.
