ROCHESTER - A Bay State woman was arrested Thursday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.

Laurie Hodgdon, 52, Revere, Mass., was charged with willful concealment and was bailed on $1,500 personal recognizance pending her arraignment next month at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.

A person who has been twice convicted of shoplifting within a 36-month period can be charged with a Class B Felony.
